The restaurants awarded include Sadie’s Ice Cream Parlor, Woods Restaurant, The Jockey Club at The Grand Stand, The Gate House, and Fort Mackinac Tea Room.

Now in its eighth year, the achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.

“At Grand Hotel, our focus is always on the guest experience,” said Dan Musser III, President at Grand Hotel. “We are proud that our efforts have been recognized for the eighth year in a row by our guests. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
