By replying to our Instagram comment with the hashtag #YesGrandHotelMI, the social media user hereby agrees that the respective Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/Pinterest photo shall become the property of Grand Hotel in perpetuity. Grand Hotel reserves the non-exclusive right to use the photograph in its publications or other promotional purposes. By submitting the reply comment including the hashtag #YesGrandHotelMI, the social media user also acknowledges that any persons appearing in the photograph have given the applicant and Grand Hotel consent for reproduction and promotional use. By submitting the hashtag #YesGrandHotelMI, the social media user acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
