Morning

After breakfast, schedule a private carriage tour of Mackinac Island with Grand Hotel’s concierge. Your carriage will pick you up at the hotel and take you on a unique tour of Mackinac Island. Be sure to get some photos along the way, as your tour guide tells you about the Island’s history.
Afternoon
For lunch, head over to The Jockey Club at the Grand Stand, located on the first tee of The Jewel. Try a craft cocktail (like our Spicy Pomelo) and sit out on the patio for a delicious lunch and take in the views.
After lunch, head over to the Pro Shop where you can rent golf clubs and a cart and enjoy an afternoon of golf on The Jewel. Some of the best views of Grand Hotel and Mackinac Island can be seen from the course.
Evening
Every night at Grand Hotel is a celebration, so dress up for dinner and let one of Grand Hotel’s photographers capture the special moment with a portrait on the front porch. Then board your carriage for a sunset ride into Mackinac Island’s wooded interior for dinner at Woods Restaurant. Located in an opulent Tudor manor, Woods serves Bavarian-style dishes in a casual atmosphere. After dinner, enjoy a cocktail at Bobby’s Bar, and test your skill on America’s oldest-operating duckpin bowling alley.
After returning to the hotel, head to the Terrace Room and take in the sounds of another era with the Grand Hotel Orchestra. Grab a nightcap at the Cupola Bar, the highest point in the hotel.
