Woodfill Conference Center
Grand Hotel’s Woodfill Conference Center offers one-of-a-kind facilities for a truly unique and sophisticated experience. The two-story, 16,000 square-foot space combines Victorian-era elegance and ambience with state-of-the-art convention facilities. It has hosted presidents, governors and some of the world’s most powerful business leaders. From large private conferences to executive retreats, Woodfill Conference Center can meet a broad range of planner needs.
The center includes six meeting rooms, all under one roof, with guest rooms nearby. The Art Gallery serves as the entrance and is the perfect space for registration and vendors. Smaller meeting rooms surround the Theatre, Grand Hotel’s largest and most flexible space. The Theatre is designed to host large sessions, dinner banquets (seating up to 500), receptions and live performances. Brighton Pavilion and Headquarters of the Capitol Club are great rooms for board meetings, breakout sessions and exhibits. The Terrace Room creates a regal, intimate setting for meetings, cocktail receptions, private breakfasts and lunches. It also serves as the location for nightly live music by the Grand Hotel Orchestra. The Gerald R. Ford Conference Room is ideal for smaller meetings, breakout sessions and speaker preparation. The similarly sized Straits of Mackinac is also a convenient space for small meetings and breakout sessions.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Woodfill Conference Center, as well as the hotel and resort grounds. Computer workstations are available near the Theatre and copying, faxing and scanning services can be found at the executive offices.
