I just had to write and tell you how wonderful everything went at this year’s Arts Weekend. You and your staff did a wonderful job making everything go smoothly.
Everyone is thrilled with how wonderful the hotel and the amenities have been, and the staff are a joy for all of us to interact with. We look forward to coming again.

We have talked about Grand Hotel an awful lot this winter…after several family meetings we unanimously voted to continue our yearly trek to Mackinac Island. No one could consider anything else and this is our ninth year! Considering my family ranges from elementary and high school to middle age I think it is a true testimony to how extraordinary the experience is. Mackinac Island is one of a kind but it wouldn’t be what it is for us without Grand Hotel. There is nowhere else I would want to spend our extra money. Please know how wonderful our family feels just thinking about coming!
I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful stay we had at Grand Hotel. You certainly made our anniversary one to remember. My wife and I were so impressed with the service, room and the meals--we will be talking about this for a long time.
